Green Economy Development Limited綠色經濟發展有限公司（於開曼群島註冊成立的有限公司）（股份代號：1315）有關截至二零二二年三月三十一日止年度年報的補充公佈茲提述綠色經濟發展有限公司（「本公司」）於二零二二年八月十五日所刊發截至二零二二年三月三十一日止年度的年報（「二零二二年年報」）。

除文義另有所指外，於本公佈所採用詞彙與二零二二年年報所界定者具有相同涵義。

除（其中包括）二零二二年年報第27頁「董事會報告」一節所載有關根據二零一一年計劃的條款於二零二一年八月十三日授出149,999,998份購股權（「授出購股權」）的資料外，本公司董事會（「董事會」）謹此提供有關緊接授出購股權日期前本公司股份收市價的額外資料。

本公司股份於二零二一年八月十二日（即緊接授出購股權日期前當日）的收市價為0.03港元。

上述額外資料並不影響二零二二年年報所載的其他資料，除本公佈所披露者外，二零二二年年報的其餘內容乃維持不變。

承董事會命綠色經濟發展有限公司主席兼行政總裁周哲香港，二零二三年二月一日於本公佈日期，董事會包括三名執行董事，即周哲先生、馮嘉倫先生及朱小東先生；及三名獨立非執行董事，即譚德機先生、黃利平博士及王偉軍先生。
