（於中華人民共和國註冊成立之股份有限公司）Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd.*股份代號：6690海爾智家股份有限公司公告建議選舉監事海爾智家股份有限公司（「本公司」），連同其附屬公司合稱（「本集團」）董事會（「董事會」）宣佈：本公司現任監事馬穎潔女士即將退休，其擬在本公司股東大會選舉產生新任監事後辭去監事職務。

本公司對馬穎潔女士在任期間的貢獻表示衷心感謝。

為保證本公司監事會（「監事會」）的正常運轉，根據《中華人民共和國公司法》、本公司《公司章程》的有關規定，現提名劉永飛先生（「劉先生」）擔任本公司監事，任期與第十一屆監事會任期一致。

其簡歷詳情載列如下：劉永飛先生，38歲。

劉先生於2011年畢業於東北財經大學，獲授管理學碩士學位。

劉先生於2011年7月入職本公司，主要從事戰略管理崗位。

其先後擔任本公司戰略諮詢專員、戰略企劃專員、戰略企劃經理等職務，負責市場研究和分析，參與公司戰略發展規劃制定及戰略項目管理等工作。

劉先生在戰略研究及戰略項目管理方面具有豐富經驗，參與並推動本公司H股上市等關鍵戰略項目的實施。

– 1 –截至本公告日期，除本公告所披露者外，劉先生在過去三年沒有在其證券於香港或海外任何證券市場上市的其他公眾公司中擔任董事職務，未在本集團其他成員中擔任其他職務，亦沒有其他主要任命及專業資格；劉先生與本公司任何董事、監事、高級管理人員、主要股東或控股股東沒有其他關係；沒有持有任何本公司或其相聯法團股份之權益（按香港法例第571章《證券及期貨條例》第XV部所指的定義）；沒有且過去也未曾參與任何根據《香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則》第13.51(2)(h)至(v)段中要求而須予披露的資料，亦沒有任何須提請本公司股東注意的事項。

若獲委任，本公司將與劉先生訂立監事服務合約。

劉先生將不會自本公司收取任何監事袍金。

監事會同意將以上建議選舉監事事項提交本公司年度股東大會審議批准。
