(Stock Code：355) 29th April,2024 Dear Non-Registered Holder (Note 1), Century City International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) - Arrangement of Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications and Notification of publication of 2023 Annual Report and Circular dated 29th April,2024 (the “Current Corporate Communications”) on the Company’s website In accordance with the amendment of the Listing Rules effective from 31st December,2023, the Company is required to disseminate corporate communications (“Corporate Communications”) electronically. No printed copies of Corporate Communications will be mailed out to you except by request. The Company will adopt electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications, which mean any documents issued or to be issued by the Company for information or action of holders of any of its securities or the investing public, including but not limited to, the directors’ report and annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors’ report, the interim report, a notice of meeting, a listing document and a circular. Please note that both the English and Chinese versions of Current Corporate Communications and all future Corporate Communications will be available electronically on the website of the Company at and the HKEXnews website at in place of printed copies. If you for any reason have difficulty in receiving email notification or gaining access to the Website Version of the Corporate Communications and would like to receive the Current Corporate Communications and all future Corporate Communications (Note 2) in printed form, please complete, sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Company branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited (“Branch Share Registrar”) at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre,16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong by post using the provided prepaid mailing label (no stamp is needed if posted in Hong Kong) or by email to 355-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com.
